What a lovely Lady, She was so helpful and went the extra mile to investigate what the shipping issue was and even messaged a copy of the paperwork. Very kind and the ring is exactly what I wanted, to replace the one he and his late father had and my husband lost years later in the military. I definitely recommend this shop!
